Also referred to as spas, hot tubs have been used in the ancient times by Greeks primarily to treat different kinds of diseases and health problems. This is quite in contrast to modern times when spas have been associated with relaxation and rejuvenation. There have been various studies conducted these past years to determine whether relaxing in hot tubs really can cure illnesses. While there is no scientific evidence that suggests that, there are a lot of experts who say that spending time in a tub may have benefits to a person’s health.
