10. Three’s Company. Premiered in the 1970s when the show’s content was considered shocking. A guy who lived with two girls was taboo. Very much taboo.

Nine. The Dick Van Dyke Show. Just about everybody on this show was hilarious. An absolute classic.

Eight. Arrested Development. Ron Howard was this cable tv show’s creator. Based on the daily lives of the very funny Bluth family who lost their family business due to corruption..

7. It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. A very funny show which gives off the same vibe as Seinfeld but with a more adult theme added to it. You will love the characters.

I Love Lucy. This very funny show has been showing on the air since 1951. Obviously, re-runs but still funny even in today’s standards. This show has many die-hard fans proven by the I Love Lucy conventions every year.

Five. Curb Your Enthusiasm. From the creator of Seinfeld, Larry David, is brilliant when playing his selfish and grossly politically incorrect alter ego. Very profane language.

Four. The Simpsons. Yes, it’s a cartoon. But a cartoon that has been making us all laugh for 20 odd years.

All In The Family. Another one of the classics that opened more doors for other sitcoms. Incredibly funny but they did so with intelligence rather than cheap shots.

2. Seinfeld. The funniest sitcom of all time? Many believe so even down to the very last episode.

The Honeymooners. How funny can 4 characters in a kitchen be? Apparently, very funny. Insanely funny in fact and this show is still being aired on television for that very fact.

Foreigners in Singapore discover that it is very costly to rent a hotel room when they plan to stay for a significant amount of time in the country. If a foreigner owned a residential property in Singapore, the costly dilemma could have been averted.

Expatriates in Singapore realize that it is truly expensive to rent a hotel room when they plan to stay for a considerable length of time in the country. An answer to this costly predicament is purchasing a residential property in the country.

The Singapore government officials do not prevent foreigners from acquiring residential properties in the country.

Mainly, Singapore’s Residential Property Act aims to let Singapore citizens to acquire, at affordable rates, their own residential properties. In addition, this act supports foreign nationals who are recognized by the Singapore government to have made important contributions to the economy of the city-state in their wish to buy residential properties within Singapore.

Even without any licenses or approval from Singapore government officials, a foreigner may buy non-restricted residential properties. Non-restricted residential properties are identified as any of the following:

- apartment units within a structure that is not higher than 6 levels – condo units in approved condominium development sites stipulated in the Planning Act – a lease contract on a restricted property; the term should not exceed seven years

Official sanction from Singapore’s Minister of Law is required of expats who wish to own all units in an apartment or condominium in an accredited development property.

Furthermore, a foreign national who wishes to buy residential properties that are categorized as restricted cannot do so without prior official sanction from Singapore’s Minister of Law.

The following are categorized as restricted residential properties by the Residential Property Act of Singapore:

- an empty residential lot – town houses, separate or semi-detached houses, or terraced houses built on residential lands – properties not approved for condominium development under the Planning Act

If a foreign national wishes to buy a restricted residential property, the foreign national is obliged to fill out a request form and submit this, along with supporting documents, to the Singapore Land Authority. The Singapore Land Authority is responsible for evaluating and approving the qualifications of an expatriate whether he or she will be eligible to own a restricted residential property.

One of the best things about childhood is getting to pretend. Pretend play brings out the creativity in children while encouraging them to invent with their own ideas. Teachers love to see their students engaging in this kind of play. It can be like a little window into how they think, what they like to do, and what their talents are. classroom furniture is a great way to encourage pretend play within the classroom. The simple set up of classroom table and chairs can give kids a place to study, create art and work on projects. Students can pretend they are at the dinner table while they serve and eat pretend food. This gives students a relaxed setting to act like a family and take turns doing different jobs. Students may also arrange the table and chairs in a way that represents the classroom, pretending to be teacher and students. For a teacher, it is exciting to see students play school. It gives insight into what they are learning and what type of teaching they mimic. Teachers can observe and get some understanding into what parts of the day and what types of lessons kids enjoy. They will pick their favorite things to act out. A table and chairs is also a good setting for pretend office play. Maybe students have seen their parents work at an office, have visited the school office, or watched the teacher work at her desk. For teachers, this type of play is a good way to see which students take the leadership roles and which students take other roles. Having book displays in the classroom give students the perfect setting to play library or book store. This kind of play will encourage students to read and become interested in books. Students can take turns being the librarian or cashier and describe the books to the other students. Whatever classroom furniture you have in your classroom, it can be used to encourage pretend play in students. This will give you, as the teacher, a look into the personality of each student and give you many options to reinforce classroom lessons.

Seattle Slew died on May 7, 2002 at the age of 28. One of only 11 winners of horse racing’s prestigious ‘Triple Crown’ he is by default considered among the all time greats in thoroughbred racing. Of the eleven horses to win the Triple Crown, he is the only one to do so with an undefeated record. He was also notable due to his humble beginnings, and is the only Triple Crown winner to have been purchased at public auction. He retired to stud in’78 and sired over 100 stakes race winners including’84 Kentucky Derby champion, Swale. Slew’s offspring have earned a combined $76 million dollars at the race track. Slew wasn’t the most majestic looking creature by the lofty standards of race horses, but was possessed with the heart, toughness and courage of a professional prizefighter.

The Seattle Slew story started at a public auction in Kentucky–not exactly a venue expected to produce a future champion. Slew, in particular, was an unlikely heir to greatness. He was somewhat clumsy looking due to a front right forefoot splay and had a shuffling gait at trot. Slew wasn’t a beautifully majestic creature like his Triple Crown winning predecessor, Secretariat. In fact, he could have been considered borderline ugly–to the extent that he was nicknamed ‘Baby Huey’ by the Keeneland staff. What wasn’t apparent at the time was Slew’s mixture of championship intangibles–competitive desire, toughness, heart and enthusiasm. His owners had unwittingly stumbled onto an equine Muhammad Ali, and his competitive fire quickly became apparent to his trainers and jockeys. His first race came at Belmont Park in’76, and he entered–and won–three races as a two year old giving a glimpse as to what like ahead.

Slew became the Kentucky Derby favorite by winning his three prep races as a three year old, including prestigious Wood Memorial. In the Derby, Slew got off to a terrible start as he stumbled from the gate much like War Emblem did in the 2002 Belmont. Unlike 2002’s Triple Crown contender, however, Slew was able to recover from that miscue and basically force his way through a pack of other horses to position himself at the front of the field at the quarter mile pole. Slew would win the Derby by a length and 3 quarters. He took another tough victory at the Preakness before clinching the Triple Crown with a 4 length victory in the Belmont Stakes.

Slew ran in a few races as a 4 year old but in the pre-Breeders’ Cup days there wasn’t as many opportunities for an older horse. He retired to stud in’78, where he sired champions such as the aforementioned Swale and’92 Belmont Champ AP Indy.

In some ways, Slew had much in common with the heavyweight championship reign of Larry Holmes. He came so quickly on the heels of such incredible excellence–Slew was forever in the shadow of’73 Triple Crown winner Secretariat, Holmes on the heels of Muhammad Ali–that he never gained the appreciation he deserved during his prime. In hindsight, however, it has finally been noted what an exceptional horse he really was. Jockey Angel Cordero, who rode Slew during the twilight of his career noted “If I had a chance to take any horse in the world, if someone said your life is depending on riding one horse to win, I would take (Slew). I rode 44,000 horses, but he was special, he was different. He was muscled, like a wrestler. He ran different than any other horse. It was like he came from another planet.”

Slew was laid to rest at Hill ‘n’ Dale Farm in Lexington, under a statue.

Green Tea holds multiple properties that can improve the health of your skin. The main antioxidant found in this skin tea that can enhance your skins appearance and overall health is EGCG, Epigallocatechin Gallate in scientific terms. Keep reading to learn some extremely interesting facts about how Green Tea can prolong your skins life span….

A two year study that was concluded by Stanford University divulged recently showed the following – An assembly of volunteer Green Tea drinkers were observed and a number of exciting results were publicized. The antioxidants in the skin tea, mainly EGCG, showed enhanced health of the skin overall. The details being, smoother skin and reduced pore size. Skin damage (age spots) appearance was reduced considerably. Emergence of the ‘red vein’ look was reduced on the skins surface.

Your skins life cycle is that of just 28 days, when new cells are formed from stem cells, it takes them about 20 days to reach the very exterior of the epidermis (outer layer of skin). When they get to the surface they are then set to die off. However it emerged that EGCG reacted with these dying cells and they began separating and renewing themselves again. So if dying skin cells can be re-energised, then the skin in turn will recover in condition and will naturally look and feel transformed.

Another study conducted, this time by Harvard Medical School stated that “in test tubes, catechins (antioxidants) are more powerful than Vitamin C and E in halting oxidative damage to cell”. In reality, EGCG catechins are 100 times more valuable than Vitamin C and 25 more efficient than Vitamin E.

UV radiation is a massive quandary for the skins ageing. When UV rays strike the skin, Free Radicals are then activated. These free radicals are electrons that are in an unpaired state. Because of this they then look for for electrons that they can pair up with.In doing this they are capable of attaching to healthy electrons, and because they are unhealthy themselves they injure the healthy electron they have become attached to.

With reference to the skins ageing, the skins healthy cells are damaged and extinguished by these Free Radicals. This causes the skins cells to either become so damaged that they cannot divide and deliver new cells, or they are destroyed completely before their life term should end. This is how sun damage has the effect it has and why your skin can look older and more ragged than it should. The good news is that EGCG can wipe out the Free Radical electrons, it does not allow them to attach to healthy cells. Thus, it can prevent sun damage.

In saying this, it does not mean it is safe for you to lay under the sun for as long as you please and think that a cup of Green Tea will save your skin, however it does mean that for those rays that get through your sun cream, most of them will be extinguished before they can do any damage. So you can see how Green Tea can coincide with your sun protective routine and assist your skin in looking as youthful and healthy as it should do. Considering that 90% of ALL skins anti ageing is due to UV radiation, I would be quite excited as regards introducing Green Tea into my diet, in favor of that and the many other reasons as above.

If you are as enthused as I am about the wonders that this skin tea can do to both maintain and improve your skins youth and health, then do follow the link to find out so much more. This miracle natural plant can give new life and vitality to you both physically and mentally, the more you learn about it, the more it can do for you… http://www.how-to-make-green-tea.com

When you suffer from hair loss you may not know why you have the problem. But your health and your hair loss could be connected. Many people who don’t eat the right foods are going to starve their bodies of nutrients which will lead to hair loss.

Yes people who go on those crash diets are succeeding in maybe losing a bit of weight, but they may also be sending a message to their body to stop hair growth. However, this is not the only way in which your health may be connected to your hair loss.

It’s true that when you have the problem of thinning hair you simply want a way to find how to get it back. But you need to find out what may be the cause of that hair loss in order to have it treated correctly. For exmaple, if your hormones are out of balance it can cause hair loss. If you don’t get them balanced you may not see new hair growth, no matter what you try.

A cause of hair loss in some women is polycystic ovary syndrome. In order to get help here, you’re going to need medicine for the PCOS, not medicine for hormones. So you can see why it’s important for the cause of your hair loss to be diagnozed.

Stress can actually be one of the main causes of hair loss too. Many people who are going through a more stressful time in their life will notice that their hair is thinning. Things like bereavement, or a divorce may contribute to stress and hair loss.

In order to get past that you will need to control the stress, or get something to help cure your hair loss. Adding a product that has biotin in it may help out with this. Shampoo or conditioners now have biotin in them. You can also look for a supplement that has biotin in it that works to reduce the stress level.

Certain serious diseases can be linked to excessive hair loss, Lupus and Diabetes being two examples. Just to be safe, you need to rule them out as well by going to a professional medical practitioner.

Remember that your health comes first.

One of the first considerations you should take into account is the timing of your flight. You should certainly avoid travelling during the busiest times of the year if you can. When you travel at the busiest times of the year, you can easily schedule your flights, but you will not be able to acquire very good discounts this way.

The very next tool that you should use when you begin your search for the best tickets you can buy for your destination is an Internet search engine that browses the various travel search engines in existence today. These search engines will find the very best deals that the most popular travel search engines are providing to their customers. By utilizing these sites, you can be sure that you will find the very best prices on the tickets you buy.

Don\’t be afraid to do some research. Knowing how much the major airlines would charge for your flight, will allow you to compare fare prices. You can find practical, inexpensive flying options, but you have to be willing to dig a little to make sure it\’s right for your circumstances. Low-priced tickets are usually non-refundable, so changing your flight plans could prove costly. Check out other stipulations as well. Standby flights, upgrades, and accrued mileage may not be options available to you, so educate yourself before you commit to booking that flight.

Once you have searched through all of the travel sites online using a search engine, you can be sure that you have found some of the best prices on the market right now. There is still another step that you should take if you want to be sure you will acquire the best tickets you can buy when you are on a budget though.

The best place you can look once you know which airlines are the cheapest are the airline\’s own websites. Airlines often post the best prices for their flights on their own websites. Once you have seen the prices they are offering, you can be sure you have found the best prices on the Internet right now.

Another tool you can use if you want to get the best deal on your tickets is a search through the discount airlines in business right now. When you search through the discount airline offerings, you can be sure that you are looking at some of the best deals available for the type of travel you are engaging in. If you take all of these steps, you will certainly be able to find the cheapest available flights in the current marketplace.

In the world today, there are many more individuals who believe in reincarnation, than there are individuals who do not. For many it may be part of their religious beliefs, such as for Buddhists and Hindus, while for many others, it just makes sense to them or perhaps some may be simply curious. Whether they are searching for answers about that particular something that stands out in their minds that follows they all their lives or they are merely curious to find out, many individuals do their best to find out more concerning their past lives. There are various ways to discover the explanations, when you find yourself curious about past lives.

Journaling

One of the best ways to learn about your past lives is to begin a journal. You should write down the things you experience, even those experiences that may seem insignificant. While including the way you feel about any event, since our emotions are the strongest clues we have, that may relate to a past life. Journaling your experiences creates a written record that can aid you in piecing your clues together when using it later as a reference.

Try looking at your present life for clues. Make a list of things that you like and dislike for everything from fashion, childhood and food to architecture, cultures, climates and historical time periods. Include everything you can think of like talents, occupations, times you felt dj vu, animals, personality traits, phobias, scars and birth marks.

Record your dreams as best you can, since past lives may show up occasionally while you dream as well as any time that you may get a hint of a past life. Keep in mind that dream symbols may be reprehensive of both present and past lives and they may carry a meaning for your personally for either the present or the past. It is a good idea to present yourself with a suggestion, before you go to sleep, that you want to learn about your past lives. When they come to you, simply write down everything and anything you may remember.

Past Life Regression Therapy

If you have the means to go to a professional past life regression therapist, go for it! They can help guide you through a regression and help you interpret the information you receive. There are a few places that train and certify these therapists. The International Association for Regression and Research and Therapies and the International Association of Past Life Therapists both train and certify professionals in this discipline. They may be able to help you find a therapist in your area.

Meditation

You can explore your past lives while using the various methods of meditation. Meditation is a very private means of finding out more about your past lives. Although, many individuals may have a hard time trusting any incoming information, you should do your best to trust your instincts and feelings.

While meditating may feel like a daydream, and images are flowing in and out, there may be some valuable information coming through. Write it all down and ponder it later. Likewise, if you tell yourself that you won\’t be able to do it or you won\’t get anything, you won\’t. Your mind is very suggestible, and it will retrieve what you tell it to.

Some individuals find that having a visual or audio stimulus, such as the flame of a candle or a sound is useful for meditation. You may be interested in using a pre-recorded guided meditation session from your therapist or listening to music or specific sounds such a Tibetan bells or the repeated sound of \”om\”.

There have also been great advances recently in audio technology with a process called binaural beats. Here sound waves of slightly different frequencies are played in each ear which has the result of instantly relaxing you to a state only normally achieved by Zen monks who have practiced meditation for years!

Whichever method appeals most to you make sure you can meditate in an area that is peaceful and that you won\’t be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Make sure you are in a positive, receptive frame of mind. Focus on relaxing your muscles and then quiet your mind. If unwanted concerns float in, quickly acknowledge them and let them go. This can take some practice. Focus on your heart and don\’t expect anything but relaxation. If you have a question to ask, ask it and let it go. The answer will most likely come when you least expect it.

The images that come to you are helpful for resolving some issue in your present life, whether you believe in reincarnation or not. Although, it may not always be possible to prove that the images you receive come from a previous lifetime, many individuals do receive enough information to begin researching and verifying the events, areas or names they do receive.

Some people find out that the people they love now were with them in another lifetime, although their relationship with that person may have been different. For example your father may have been your brother or even your husband in one of your past lives.

Whatever you may believe about reincarnation and past lives, most people who do try regression find what they receive to be helpful and interesting, no matter what their initial belief.

The author Georgia Kirsten writes for the popular http://www.past-lives-regression.com site. Discover the amazing experience of remembering your past lives and you can try it yourself when you get 29 Free past lives Audios when you visit here.

Carolina Panthers\’ quarterback Jake Delhomme struggled on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and was fortunate that his running backs bailed him out. Delhomme threw for only 65 yards with two interceptions, but D\’Angelo Williams (152 yards) and Jonathan Stewart (110 yards) kept the chains moving as the Panthers won their second straight game defeating the Bucs 28-21. Tampa Bay has now lost ten straight dating back to last season and are 0-6 for the first time since\’85. The fact that they ended up starting that year 0-9 on their way to a 1-15 record doesn\’t bode well for the rest of the season.

NFL sports bettors were faced with a choice between two teams with dismal ATS records in this game, and those who had the guts to take a 1-3 team as a -3 road favorite were rewarded with the cover. It was Carolina\’s first NFL pointspread cover of the season and left them with a 1-4 record against the number. Tampa Bay has covered one of their six games this year. The 49 points scored went OVER the total of 40\’. Tampa Bay has gone OVER in 4 of 6, while Carolina has exceeded the total in three of their five games.

Delhomme attempted only seven passes in the second half, but the way Williams and Stewart were running there was no reason to put the ball in the air. Williams said that even though Tampa Bay knew what was coming they couldn\’t stop the Panthers\’ running game:

\”I\’m sure everybody in the stadium knew what we were going to do. There were times they had nine in the box and we were still getting 7 or 8 yards.\”

There\’s been little impatience locally with Bucs\’ rookie head coach Raheem Morris, but his weekly habit of explaining the obvious to rationalize yet another loss is starting to wear thin:

\”We got overpowered at the end, and really throughout the game.\”

Carolina safety Dante Wesley was ejected after clobbering Bucs\’ return man Clifton Smith after a fair catch call. After the game, Wesley gave this defense for his actions:

\”I was just trying to make a play. You can check my record. I\’ve never really tried to hurt anybody. I\’ve never tried to take a cheap shot on anybody.\”

Wesley could face a possible fine or suspension from the NFL but, in all fairness, it did appear to be a momentary mental lapse as he was trying to make a big play and not a deliberate attempt to injure Smith.

Tampa\’s schedule has the look of them going from \’the frying pan into the fire\’ as they host the New England Patriots next Sunday-fresh off of their 57 point drubbing of Tennessee. Carolina has an easier draw, hosting the Buffalo Bills next Sunday. The game is currently off the board pending the status of Bills\’ QB Trent Edwards who suffered a concussion in Sunday\’s win over the New York Jets. The Panthers will then play on the road the following two Sundays, traveling to Arizona and New Orleans.

The Green Bay Packers didn\’t do a good job protecting their quarterback last Sunday, but against the lowly Detroit Lions it didn\’t really matter. Packers\’ QB Aaron Rodgers was sacked five times, but Green Bay used a big first half offensive outburst to coast to a 26-0 NFL victory over the Detroit Lions. Rodgers threw two first half touchdown passes which was complimented by four Mason Crosby field goals as Green Bay improved to 3-2 on the season. The Lions slumped to 1-5 with the loss.

NFL football betting enthusiasts who backed the Packers as -14 home dogs easily cashed their tickets with Green Bay\’s third pointspread cover in five games. Detroit slipped to 2-4 against the spread.

In the victory, Packers\’ receiver Donald Driver passed Sterling Sharpe for first place on the franchise reception list. Sharpe finished his career with 596 receptions, Driver now has 602. After the game, he talked about the accomplishment:

\”It couldn\’t it come in a better place — at home in front of the fans I\’ve played in front of for so many years. It feels good. Now I just have to wait on Sterling to call me and congratulate me.\”

Despite the convincing victory, cornerback Tramon Williams wasn\’t happy with the relatively narrow margin:

\”It feels like a 50 to zero game, but we didn\’t quite get there. I felt we should\’ve put more points on the board.\”

For the Lions, their quarterback woes continued. Matthew Stafford is already out indefinitely with an injured knee, and against Green Bay backup Daunte Cullpepper injured his hamstring in the third quarter and was replaced by the Lions\’ third string quarterback Drew Stanton. Cullpepper is now listed as \’questionable\’ on the official NFL injury report. After the game, he talked about Detroit\’s lack of offense:

\”It\’s very disappointing, very frustrating. It\’s embarrassing to me not to be able to move it on the field and get points on the board. We\’ve got to figure out a way to do that, simple as that.\”

The Packers will play on the road this Sunday, heading to Cleveland to face the Browns. The game is currently off the board as linemakers try to get a handle on the personnel impact of the Browns\’ struggle with a flu bug making its way through the locker room. Green Bay will host the Minnesota Vikings the following Sunday followed by a trip to Tampa Bay on November 8. Detroit has a bye this weekend and will return to action as they host the St. Louis Rams on November 1. They\’ll play their next two on the road, with games in Seattle and Minnesota.
