So how hard is it to use peel and sticks. Here are some hints:
Thoroughly clean wall and make sure it is dried out. For recentlycolored walls let paint “cure” for 10 to 15 days before to installing decals. Even if new paint seems dry, it may nonetheless need to settle and thoroughlydry. Peel and Stick Wall Decals are not advised on “Orange Peel” textured walls, over cinder blocks, very textured and permeable surfaces, wallpaper or delicate surfaces. Vinyl wall decals should not be placed in a dishwater or microwave and they must not be placed on rugs, fabrics and any other textiles. When applying, make sure you get started from one side (for the border) or the top (for the appliques) of each element. Keep the other parts of the element away from the wall/surface. Slowly go down over the design with your hand and smooth the element onto surface (and press the bubbles out as you go). Once put on you ought to be able to move any remaining bubbles out by pressing/smoothing them out of the section. If the problempersists (this would onlyhappen with the giant decals), you can punch a very small (invisible to the eye) hole with a pin to press the air out.
